About our Private classes
Privates are one student with one teacher and can include all pieces of available equipment. They are good for beginners and/or people who want a lot of individual attention.
About our Duet classes
Duet classes are 2-3 people sharing a teacher and can include all pieces of available equipment.They are good for people who are experienced with Pilates and /or want to share a workout.
About our Mat classes
We only offer Tower/Mat class. Tower/ Mat means you have the ability to use the rollback bar, push through bar, leg and arm springs, none of which you can use in a general mat class.
The Tower/Mat classes are scheduled upon request. We need 2 people minimum to schedule a class. We only sell 10 mat class packages, no single classes.
Schedule
* All classes are by appointment only with a 24 hour cancellation policy.
* All classes will start promptly so please arrive about 5 minutes early. Hours
Monday - Friday 9-8 Saturday 10-3
Closed Sunday
* Changing room and bathroom provided
* Full payment is required before the session begins
* We accept credit cards, MC, Visa and AMEX
* Please sign in at the desk before each class
* Everyone must sign a waiver sheet
* Everyone must wear appropriate clothing and socks
